I recommend sticking to wholefoods and organic foods where possible. You don't have to think about chemicals & other added "extras" when you stick to the basics!
I've added the book to my reading list (after you recommended it), and I have already recommended it to some friends. I've also stopped consuming Oatly, as much as I love it. I'm trying to stick to natural foods without additives and as few ingredients as possible. I went back to organic cow milk! I stopped buying regular protein powders a while ago because they make me bloated. After doing a lot of research, I found a company, https://orgainic.com/, that sells whey protein powder that doesn't have additives. I haven't tried their vegan option.

Totally agree! It also makes grocery shopping super efficient 🫶🏻
So interesting! I downloaded the audiobook version a while back but didn’t make it past the intro…you have motivated me to dive back in!
It’s such an eye-opening read, I highly recommend it

Thanks for the tip! We ordered some 100% milled hemp seed protein powder, it tastes really good in smoothies
